TOTAL CARNAGE FISHING LLC RETURN, REFUND, REPLACEMENT & WARRANTY POLICY

Total Carnage Fishing LLC (“Total Carnage Fishing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to providing quality fishing tackle, apparel, custom-built fishing rods, rod and reel repair services, and related products and services. To ensure clear expectations for all customers, the following Return, Refund, Replacement & Warranty Policy applies to all purchases and services provided by Total Carnage Fishing LLC.

By purchasing products or services from Total Carnage Fishing LLC, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this policy, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Except where expressly stated otherwise in this policy or where otherwise required by applicable law, Total Carnage Fishing LLC does not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for products or services once the transaction has been completed. Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing their order, product selection, specifications, quantities, sizes, colors, and other details before completing a purchase.

2. FISHING TACKLE — NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS
There are NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR REFUNDS on fishing tackle sold by Total Carnage Fishing LLC. Fishing tackle includes, but is not limited to:
• Fishing rods
• Fishing reels
• Rod and reel components
• Hooks, lures, jigs, and terminal tackle
• Line and leaders
• Swivels, weights, and sinkers
• Fishing tools and accessories
• Rigging and replacement components
• Custom or modified tackle
• Any other fishing tackle or fishing-related merchandise

All fishing tackle purchases are final. Once purchased, fishing tackle cannot be returned for a refund, store credit, exchange, or replacement solely because the customer changed their mind, ordered the wrong item, selected the wrong size or specification, or no longer wants the product. Nothing in this section is intended to waive any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

3. T-SHIRTS AND APPAREL
T-shirt and apparel sales are considered final. However, replacement requests for T-shirts may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Total Carnage Fishing LLC. Any request for a replacement must be brought to our attention as soon as reasonably possible after the customer receives the item. The customer may be required to provide photographs or other information showing the issue with the merchandise.

Approval of one replacement does not create an obligation for Total Carnage Fishing LLC to approve future replacement requests. Unless otherwise agreed by Total Carnage Fishing LLC, approved replacements will be limited to replacement merchandise and will not entitle the customer to a cash refund.

4. CUSTOM-BUILT FISHING RODS — DEPOSITS, REFUNDS & WARRANTY
Custom-built fishing rods are made specifically to the customer's requested specifications and are therefore subject to the following terms.

ALL DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS MADE TOWARD A CUSTOM-BUILT ROD ARE NON-REFUNDABLE ONCE THE DEPOSIT HAS BEEN MADE.

Once a customer has placed a deposit and the custom rod-building process has been authorized or begun, the customer may not cancel the order and receive a refund of the deposit or any other payment made toward the custom-built rod. There are NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS ON CUSTOM-BUILT RODS once the deposit has been made, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving the specifications of their custom-built rod, including the rod blank, length, power and action, guides, reel seat, handle and grip configuration, thread colors, decorative work, wraps, finishes, components, and other custom features.

Custom Rod Warranty: Custom-built rods manufactured by Total Carnage Fishing LLC are subject to a thirty (30) day warranty period beginning on the date the completed rod is delivered to or received by the customer. During this 30-day period, Total Carnage Fishing LLC may, at its discretion, address issues determined to be caused by defective parts or components supplied by Total Carnage Fishing LLC, or defective workmanship or labor performed by Total Carnage Fishing LLC.

Warranty consideration may include repair or replacement of the defective part or correction of defective workmanship, at the sole discretion of Total Carnage Fishing LLC. The 30-day warranty does not constitute a money-back guarantee and does not provide the customer with a right to cancel the purchase or receive a refund.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, improper storage, modifications, alterations, negligence, or damage occurring after delivery to the customer.

Parts supplied directly by the customer are specifically excluded from the custom rod warranty. No warranty coverage, refund, or replacement will be provided for customer-supplied parts or components. Manufacturer defects in parts supplied by another manufacturer may be subject to that manufacturer's warranty and policies. Total Carnage Fishing LLC is not responsible for warranties provided by third-party manufacturers.

5. ROD AND REEL REPAIR SERVICES — NO REFUNDS
There are NO REFUNDS for rod or reel repair services. Once repair work has been authorized and performed, the customer is responsible for the applicable repair charges regardless of whether the customer subsequently changes their mind or determines that they no longer want the repair.

Repair charges may include labor, parts, materials, components, diagnostic or evaluation services, customization, shipping or handling, and other costs associated with performing the requested repair. Deposits, payments, labor charges, parts charges, and other repair-related charges are non-refundable except where otherwise required by applicable law.

6. LIMITED WARRANTY CONSIDERATION FOR REPAIR WORK
Total Carnage Fishing LLC may, at its sole discretion, consider warranty-related concerns regarding our rod and reel repair work when the customer contacts us within thirty (30) days of the completed repair. This 30-day period is intended to allow Total Carnage Fishing LLC an opportunity to review and address workmanship-related concerns associated with the repair performed by Total Carnage Fishing LLC.

Warranty consideration is not an automatic guarantee of free repair or replacement. Total Carnage Fishing LLC reserves the right to inspect the item and determine, in its reasonable discretion, whether the reported issue is related to our workmanship or is instead the result of another cause.

7. MANUFACTURER-DEFECTIVE PARTS
Total Carnage Fishing LLC is not responsible for defects, failures, or malfunctions attributable to parts or components manufactured by another company or manufacturer. If a component used in a repair is determined to be defective due to a manufacturer defect, any available warranty or remedy may be subject to the original manufacturer's policies, terms, conditions, and approval.

Total Carnage Fishing LLC does not guarantee or assume responsibility for the warranty policies of third-party manufacturers. Where applicable, Total Carnage Fishing LLC may assist the customer in identifying or pursuing a manufacturer's warranty; however, the final determination regarding a manufacturer's defective part rests with the applicable manufacturer.

8. CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED PARTS — NO WARRANTY OR REFUNDS
ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS OR WARRANTY WORK WILL BE PROVIDED FOR PARTS OR COMPONENTS SUPPLIED BY THE CUSTOMER.

If a customer provides their own parts, components, materials, or equipment for use in a repair or custom rod build, Total Carnage Fishing LLC makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the quality, condition, compatibility, suitability, durability, or performance of those customer-supplied items, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Customer-supplied parts may be used at the customer's request and risk. Total Carnage Fishing LLC will not be responsible for failures, damage, defects, incompatibility, premature wear, malfunction, or other problems resulting from or related to customer-supplied parts. Customer-supplied parts are not eligible for refunds, replacements, or warranty repair through Total Carnage Fishing LLC.

9. CUSTOMER-PROVIDED EQUIPMENT AND COMPONENTS
Customers are responsible for disclosing any relevant information concerning equipment, parts, previous repairs, modifications, damage, or alterations before repair work begins. Total Carnage Fishing LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, improper previous repairs, modifications, alterations, misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or failures unrelated to the workmanship of the repair performed by Total Carnage Fishing LLC.

10. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
Warranty consideration does not apply to damage or failures resulting from, including but not limited to:
• Normal wear and tear
• Abuse or misuse
• Accidental damage
• Improper use
• Neglect
• Improper maintenance
• Corrosion
• Water or environmental damage
• Modifications or alterations
• Damage caused after the repair or delivery
• Damage caused by improper storage or transportation
• Damage caused by another repair facility or person
• Customer-supplied parts or components
• Defective third-party/manufacturer parts
• Failure of components unrelated to the original repair
• Damage caused by using equipment outside its intended purpose

11. INSPECTION OF WARRANTY CLAIMS
Any request for warranty consideration may require the customer to return or present the item to Total Carnage Fishing LLC for inspection. Total Carnage Fishing LLC reserves the right to determine whether a reported problem qualifies for warranty consideration.

If inspection determines that the issue is not related to the workmanship of Total Carnage Fishing LLC or is caused by an excluded condition or component, the customer may be responsible for any applicable inspection, shipping, parts, labor, or repair charges. Submitting a warranty request does not guarantee approval.

12. NO GUARANTEE OF REPAIR OUTCOME
Because fishing equipment can be subject to significant use, stress, environmental exposure, corrosion, impact, and other conditions, Total Carnage Fishing LLC cannot guarantee the future performance or lifespan of equipment following a repair. Our responsibility for repair-related warranty consideration is limited to issues determined to be directly related to the workmanship of the repair performed by Total Carnage Fishing LLC, subject to the terms and limitations of this policy.

13. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
Total Carnage Fishing LLC reserves the right to modify, update, or change this Return, Refund, Replacement & Warranty Policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of purchase or service will generally govern that transaction, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

14. CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND CONTACT INFORMATION
By purchasing merchandise or authorizing repair services from Total Carnage Fishing LLC, the customer acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to review this policy and agrees to its terms, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive any consumer rights, warranties, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or waived under applicable federal, state, or local law.
